PFO will arrange delivery to your designated child at school.  For proper delivery and distribution of your LNY products, please fill in accurate information under "Additional Information" before CHECKOUT.  

 

We will need your child’s Division, Name, Homeroom Number & Teacher Name (for LP/UP), or PCG Teacher Name (for MS), or Student Name (for HS) ***  

 

Format: Division / Student Name / Homeroom Number & Teacher (for LP/UP), or PCG Teacher (for MS) or Student Name (HS)

 

Examples: 

 

For delivery to a student in Lower Primary --- LP / Jason Man /  502 / Ms. Yang

For delivery to a student in Upper Primary --- UP / Jason Man /  502 / Ms. Yang

For delivery to a student in Middle School --- MS / Jason Man / Ms. Yang 

For delivery to a student in High School --- HS / Jason Man
