Get ready to show your best Neapolitan pizza-making skills in the comfort of your own home – andiamo!



We have two kits to choose from: classic Margherita and signature Soppressata Piccante. Kits can be picked up from either Motorino SoHo or Wan Chai based on your preference. The kits include all the ingredients, from the dough to the toppings and a little instruction card for getting ready before joining the chef for the real-time pizza making party, arranged exclusively for HKIS!

Learn the art of pizza making at Motorino. Led by expert pizzaiolos, learn how to make Neapolitan pizza from start to finish while enjoying a selection of their antipasti, free-flow drinks (for the adults) and soft drinks or juice for the kids, and, of course, your very own pie. Motorino will make sure you look the part with your own chef hat and apron for the full experience.



A native of New Orleans, Chef Jack Carson’s love for cooking was kindled from an early age, watching his mother prepare cooking extravagant dinners for family and friends. He has now spent over twenty years running restaurants in some of the world’s most iconic restaurant cities.


A Hong Kong native, Chef ArChan Chan spent the formative years of her career refining her technique and expanding her cooking knowledge in two of the world’s greatest restaurant cities, Melbourne and Singapore. After over 13 years abroad developing her culinary finesse


Chef Palash Mitra draws from his fine dining background for a technical finesse with Punjabi flavours. He first learnt how to cook from his mother and grandmother while growing up in north India and he is especially adept with tandoor ovens. He oversees all of Black Sheep Restaurants


Classically trained in fine dining, Chef A.J. started his career right out of high school with Charlie Trotter in Chicago followed by a stint at The Peninsula Hotel.  Making his way to Las Vegas, A.J. worked his way along the famous Vegas strip, with a good portion of his time spent on corporate development for Caesars Entertainment, opening
